A $350 refundable deposit is required 30 days prior to check in date. This payment can be in the form of a personal check. The deposit will be promptly refunded after check out inspection is performed by housekeeping.

All rental fees are due 30 days in advance prior to check in. This payment must be in the form of a cashiers check or money order. Cancellation must be given 30 days prior to check in date for full refund.
