Villa Rental Terms & Conditions

ATTENTION PROPERTY OWNERS!!!!!

Cheap, Clean & Cozy.COM is in the business of resort property rentals. We will only rent properties that meet the stringent criteria we have established for our company.

Our goal is to provide accommodations that are clean, affordable & comfortable. If you would like to rent your house, villa or condo with us, please feel free to call us @ 678-575-9327 and ask for Chris or Dee for a no risk evaluation and inspection of your property.

We will provide the following services and our charge is a flat fee of 17.5% of the rental income.

Services include:

1. Handling of tenant vacation property lease.

2. Handling of security deposits and lease payment distribution.

3. Generation of a financial accounting analysis to owner on each rental.

4. Installation of key lockboxes on the door of the property.

5. Handling of security or resort property passes.

6. All housekeeping services.

7. Final property inspection and security deposit refund.
